Service Changes to London Superfast & Christmas Opening Hours 2023

Important information on service changes over the festive holiday

As we enter the most wonderful time of the year, Berrys Coaches would like to take this opportunity to wish our customers and colleagues a very Berry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We would also like to advise you of a number of important service updates for the remainder of 2023 and the beginning of 2024.

Our Customer Care Centre opening hours during the festive period will be as follows and will return to our usual operating hours (8.30am-5pm) from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Normal Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-12pm
Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: 9am-12pm

Christmas & New Year Office Opening Hours 2023/24

Sunday 24th December (Christmas Eve): Closed
Monday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
Tuesday 26th December (Boxing Day): 9am-12pm
Wednesday 27th – Friday 29th December: 8.30am-5pm
Saturday 30th December: 9am-12pm
Sunday 31st December (New Year’s Eve): Closed
Monday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed
Tuesday 2nd January: 8.30am-5pm

There will also be alterations to our London Superfast Service Timetable during the holiday season to allow for our colleagues to spend time with their families at this important time of the year returning to our usual operating timetables from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Sunday 24th December (Christmas Eve): Normal Sunday Service
Monday 25th December (Christmas Day): No Services will operate
Tuesday 26th December (Boxing Day): Sunday afternoon timetable only for SF1 & 2 from the West Country to London and 8.15pm departure time for SF1 and 8.00pm for SF2 from London. SF3 departing Taunton at 1.45pm to London and 8.30pm departure from London. See below for amended timetable.
Wednesday 27th – Saturday 30th December: Services As Normal
Sunday 31st December (New Year’s Eve): Sunday morning timetable only for SF1 & 2 from the West Country to London. 3.00pm departure time for SF1 and 3.15pm for SF2 from London. SF3 departing Taunton at 7.45am to London and 3.30pm departure from London. See below for amended timetable.
Monday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Sunday afternoon timetable only from the West Country to London and 8.15pm departure time for SF1 and 8.00pm for SF2 from London. SF3 departing Taunton at 1.45pm to London and 8.30pm departure from London. See below for amended timetable.
