Services Temporarily Suspended
Following the Government’s announcement on Sunday, we have made the decision to extend the suspension of our superfast services and day trip programme until at least the 14th June inclusive. Whilst we are looking forward to re-opening as soon as possible we believe for now this is the only responsible course of action. We will continue to monitor government advice and respond accordingly.
Information for customers who had tickets for travel during these dates can be found below.
All customers who had bookings due to travel on or before 14th June will be contacted as soon as our booking office reopens and offered the option of either a full refund or to move their booking to a new date once our service resumes. We will reopen our booking office as soon as we are able to fix a definite date to restart our service.
Some trips prior to the 14th June have been rearranged by the venue or event we are visiting. In these cases we will contact customers when we reopen our booking office to offer the choice of either a full refund or to move your booking to the new date. The trips we are able to rearrange are;
24th May – Riverdance at the Bristol Hippodrome – Rearranged to 20th November 2021
4th June – Mamma Mia at the Bristol Hippodrome – Rearranged to 16th June 2022
9th June – The Killers at Ashton Gate Stadium (coach only) – Rearranged to 27th May 2021
All other day trips up to and including the 14th June will be cancelled and as we are cannot offer to move these to an alternative date all customers will be refunded. If you paid directly to Berrys Coaches by credit or debit card this will happen automatically, otherwise a member of staff will be in touch to ask for details to send a refund via cheque or BACS payment.
Day Trips from 15th June onwards
In a few cases events we were set to attend after 15th June have been cancelled or rearranged. The following events have been rearranged and we will contact customers as soon as we reopen to offer the choice of a full refund or to move your booking to the new date;
20th June – Mamma Nia at the Bristol Hippodrome – Rearranged to 2nd July 2022
12th July – Hampton Court Flower Show – Rearranged to 13th September 2020

All other day trips from 15th June onwards are still scheduled to run at present but we will keep monitoring government guidance, as well as any cancellations by the venues, and respond accordingly.
We would like to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding at this unprecedented time. We are looking forward to restarting all our services as soon as it is safe to do so. Further updates will be shared both on our website and on social media as we have more information.
