Coach Trips To Abergavenny

Book A Trip To Abergavenny With Berrys Coaches

Spend the morning in Abergavenny. Surrounded by seven mountains. The town is the perfect base for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Blaenavon World Heritage Site. And whilst there why not treat yourself to some well earned retail therapy!

In the afternoon step aboard one of our all-weather observation carriages and enjoy a steam-hauled journey from Pant Station into the heart of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons National Park). Our route follows part of the original Brecon & Merthyr Railway, which closed in 1964, passing through beautiful woodland, alongside the full length of the Taf Fechan Reservoir, and climbing to Torpantau — the summit of the old line.
This nostalgic trip offers a mix of stunning scenery and a glimpse into living railway heritage. Along the way you’ll have time to explore Pontsticill Station, enjoy refreshments, and take in views of the reservoir and surrounding mountains.

*Prices starting from £73, per adult (inclusive), dependent on pick-up point. (Concessions for seniors & children).
