Book A Day Trip To Trebah Gardens & Glendurgan Gardens With Berrys Coaches
A day of two halves to see two beautiful gardens along the Helford River in Cornwall.
Trebah is a sub-tropical paradise with a coastal backdrop, steeped in heritage and packed with exotic planting from around the world. With 26 acres of sub-tropical garden to explore, enjoy colourful exotic blooms, walk under towering tree ferns and discover countless secret corners. Four miles of footpaths, along with a dedicated step-free route, will guide you round this award-winning paradise. At the foot of the garden you’ll find Polgwidden Cove, Trebah’s private beach exclusively for garden visitors. A sheltered sun-trap, the cove is a hidden gem and the perfect stop for a Cornish ice cream, skimming a stone or taking a refreshing dip in the sea.
Three valleys join into one at Glendurgan and within this garden, a beautiful and intriguing blend of exotic and native plants thrive. There are impressive plants and natural beauty to be discovered, including a little-known orchard and the re-creation of a small 19th-century school room. At the heart of the garden is the historic maze, just waiting to be tackled before you head down to Durgan beach for an ice cream.
